"My heater recently began malfunctioning and Comfort Energy came to repair it. A simple repair was tried first and that didn't fix the issue. Ralph stayed for a substantial additional time to try and fix the unit. It wasn't able to be fixed without major repairs so I opted to replace the furnace.
JC and Daniel came and did a great job removing the old and installing the new heater. The location is not optimal and I appreciate the care taken to protect walls, floors, etc. They did a great job and improved on the original installation and did a thorough cleanup as they left.
